Frequently Asked Questions

If you are looking for a wedding or event venue, chances are you have a lot of questions. That’s completely normal! At Four Hills Farm, we try to make every effort to accommodate our guests with the highest level of service. Take a look through our frequently asked questions for answers to common concerns from our guests and clients. If you have a question that you don’t see an answer to here, no worries! We are here to make your wedding or event memorable and seamless. Please contact us and we will respond to any question you have as soon as we can.

Do we need to set-up and tear-down, or is that included?

Your vendors will need to set-up and break-down their equipment, food, and gear. Whatever is leftover, Four Hills Farm staff will clean up.

Is there a curfew or mandatory end time?

Due to state zoning laws, all music at Four Hills Farm must end at 10 PM. Vendors will have until 11 PM to break down all equipment and vacate the premises.

Do you serve alcohol or do we need to bring our own?

We do not sell alcohol at events – you are more than welcome to bring your own, provided that all vendors (or you) have permits to distribute the beverages. This will be checked on the day of your event.

Does the Four Hills Farm rental include string lights?

If requested, Four Hills Farm would be happy to provide white string lights for the barn.

What is Four Hills Farm’s maximum capacity?

The maximum capacity for guests is 150 people.

What happens if it is raining on our rental day?

If it rains during your event, Four Hills Farm will gladly accommodate the event inside the barn itself.

Can I bring my dog to Four Hills Farm?

Unfortunately, we do not allow animals on premises, unless it is a guide dog or service dog.

Can I smoke at Four Hills Farm?

Yes, however, smoking must take place away from the barn or structures.

Is Four Hills Farm wheelchair accessible?

The barn, which is used for receptions, will be wheelchair accessible. The fields and other grounds, however, aren’t very accessible for wheelchairs.

What are the days and hours we can rent Four Hills Farm?

Four Hills Farm is available for rental for events from 10 AM – 11 PM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, excluding major holidays in the United States.

Can we bring our own decorations?

You are allowed to bring your own decorations, provided that they are removed at the end of the night. If decorations are left behind, there will be a clean-up fee included in the final bill.

Do you offer tours of Four Hills Farm?

We do offer private tours to showcase the venue to individuals interested in renting it out for events.

Do you have refrigerator space or ice available?

At this time, we do not offer refrigerator space or ice, however, this may change in the future.

Does Four Hills Farm provide bathrooms for guests?

Yes! We are happy to provide event guests with two single occupancy bathrooms for their convenience.

Does Four Hills Farm provide linens, tables, and silverware for my event?

No, Four Hills Farm does not provide linens, tables, or silverware for your event – you can rent them from an outside vendor and bring them in for your event.
